I will elaborate.

That was going to be my first point, i got distracted.

Efficient in its primary purpose,  as a corporation.

Which after all , is generally and widespread agreed upon.

You agree ?

Ok, which corporation has the lowest costs and highest profits where profits are defined as growth in stock value + dividends?

Then I would have to say a DAC is more efficient in the markets they can operate.

By what measures of efficiency?

CDCM is much more efficient for high-speed instant transfers.
DAC is much more efficient for honest, corruption resistant, transparent operation.

Then of course CDCM results in monopoly prices where as DAC results in market competition to drive prices lower...

In the long-run DAC is more efficient because CDCM results in government control which has unimaginable costs on society.

Of course.

Terms:

http://letstalkbitcoin.com/dac-revisited/#.UnkDHn3ZXMI

DAC

Stands for D)ecentralized A)utonomous C)orporation coined by bytemaster, I believe.

Then

CDCM

Is just the term im using for the traditional:

C)entralized D)irect C)orporate M)onopoly

I will add to this as to why this is an important discussion.
