2 questions:
1) You are two things: An app developement team and a delegate team. Both of these are seperate functions and basically seperate streams of income. What is the motivation for people to vote for you as a delegate? Because you, if you become a delegate reinvest your income from the app business into the ecosystem?
 I just didnt get it yet completely...
2) Do you have accounts of each of you here on the forum as well?

1) We invest the money that we make as a delegate into building apps for the ecosystem needs. There is no money flow from app income to the delegate team, only one way. We'll setup either a sub forum or some way for people to propose and vote on ideas. We might even do a dominant assurance contracts through Bitshares at some point. This way the delegate income turns into Dominant Assurance Contract collateral. That might be the best way to determine what the community needs.

2) Yep. However we might all decide to create some real name accounts for transparency reasons asap.
