Start your engines, we are going back to 15 second blocks with a few new features:

1) You can now upgrade registered accounts to delegates and reduce your pay
2) Accelerated transaction validation times
3) All transactions must now expire in less than 48 hours, and by default expire in 24 if they are not included in the chain.
