I am starting a traditional centralized company whose primary purpose is to hire "real" employees (you know, with a contract and some job security) to work on decentralized systems. The two primary sources of income will be delegate nodes and consultation.

Do your employees are expected to work same hours as you - it is 2:43 in the morning on Sunday?

I'm pretty sure its Monday now.

On a serious note, I don't see any of your delegates except for plain old daslab, which doesn't seem to need anybodies help.

Best of luck Toast.

I'll be voting for you, but I'm not exactly sure which delegates.  I'm sure you will have plenty of support regardless of what I decide.

Do not use this post as information for making any important decisions. The only agreements I ever make are informal and non-binding. Take the same precautions as when dealing with a compromised account, scammer, sockpuppet, etc.
