lost pts...

somehow I lost 50 pts, (in my efforts to secure my pts) I lost them. my fault.

Question; In trying to recover them; - if is it even possible -
- I know the address they were sent to
(because it's address and TX in my original wallet that sent them)
- I have the password to the new address, but no wallet.dat for the new address.

I'm 'sol' right?
