The goals of the Trading Discussion board are, in order of importance:
- To let people trade ProtoShares before the release of BitShares
- To let people get to know each other to develop trust
- To serve as a friendly introduction to ProtoShares/BitShares for newcomers
To these ends, we strive to maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful atmosphere on the board at all times. To this effect, the following behaviors are expressly prohibited:
- Insults, flamewars, NSFW discussions;
- Violation of freenode's unlawful activity policy; http://freenode.net/policy.shtml#unlawful
- Generally, anything that would make a newcomer or oldtimer feel unwelcome or would reflect badly on the OTC community, or the BitShares community at large, is to be avoided.
If you notice anyone violating these rules, please notify Administrators or Global Moderators.
List all bids in the Buy PTS forum in the form:
[WTB] X BTS @ Y BTC
or [WTB] X BTS @ Y BTC Z BTS Min Order
Where Y is the per unit price, not the total price. Posts not in the proper form will be removed.
Once a trade has been completed change the subject by appending [COMPLETE]
List all asks in the Sell PTS forum in a similar form to the Bids.
