 I own a ton of bitshares on exchanges, and it's just ridiculous that I'm in a forum, begging to make a wallet work.

Is your wallet synced (look in the lower right hand corner, does it say "blocks are synced")?

not "blocks are synced"

No payment will show up until your client is synced up to the block the payment was received in. Are you running the latest update (v0.4.27.1) from here?

Trying to transfer my BTS to my wallet, but BTER is cancelling my request because BTS account is not registered or memo is too long?

Any help would be great

Did you register your account "canucklehead"?, or some other account? Use that registered TITAN name.

ie. Use the registered name, not the long alphanumeric.
