i'd like to register as a delegate but i cant cause i dont have  18.3724 BTSX in my wallet yet. so, what the difference if i dont register as one and i do? and when i have my funds from the exchange in the wallet can i change to a delegate later?

i have two accounts. i had to upgrade the client because it kept crashing. but those are the two keys i have. one for each account. i will see if i had a spelling error when the new client opens and i will repost the keys again.

i have downloaded two files Bitshares-PTS and bts_wallet, i have very limited connection, 43 weeks of data (i assume it is bitcoin chain) is a big no for me. can you please direct me any other ways to create a wallet? if possible?
