Funds sent to register your account.  You have to withdraw from BTER to a registered account.

I wasn't able to assign the name "happybit" to the key you posted, so I presume that someone has already registered that name. So you will probably have to choose a different name to register for yourself. Any name at all s long as it follows the rules and nobody else has registered it yet.
