Very sorry to hear you going through this but it happens. A lot. What you need to do is call the National Suicide Hotline or whatever the equivalent is in your country.


These lines are staffed with people trained to answer exactly these sorts of questions.  They are not only for people contemplating suicide.


When you are at the point that you realize you need help and don't know where to start these lines are where to start.


Call now. They are staffed 24/7 and are there for exactly this reason.

i don't know how to get it or who to turn to, and this is the smartest community I consider myself a part of.

this is a cry for help.
