you need to check from which address you've sent your 2PTS from .. you can do so by going to coinsplorer/PTS and type the transaction id above ..
put the sending address into agsexplorer and you will see your 2PTS ..

to claim your stake proceed as described in
http://wiki.bitshares.org/index.php/Bitshares-x-how-to#Attempting_a_wallet_import_to_receive_BTSX_from_February_28th_snapshot
I find it ,but I send 2PTS from my PTS wallet,
the Transaction is

38e15b00d0c4da14a1e5335bf2f609dc4e1cf20cc2645775dc2e7a5797271a64

my wallet not the address( PowoacUMjnHmnxqwV4jN7GkFcfGyf5qZD7),

How could I use the AGS to BTSX
