Where can I find the complete rules of BitsUSD trading? Will they valid in certain time period or they are keep changing? Will we receive an advance notice before it changes? I have kept update the wallet in these days and watch the BitUSD trading but still could not figure out the rules.

I think the only foolproof reference is the code itself. The project is developing fast, and I'm not aware of a single comprehensive up-to-date source of documentation.

We will publish the rules once they stop changing which I am fairly certain we are converging on a set of manageable rules.

and it should be easy to follow in real time when trading... (with instructions, different colors etc...)

In the meantime is there a way to see the median price in 0.4.10 ?

Code: [Select]
blockchain_get_feeds_for_asset USD
Right now:
USD: 0.029499999999999998       ~33.8983BTSX/bitBTC

BTC: 6.2844999999999999e-05     ~15,912BTSX/bitBTC

Lack of arbitrage is the problem, isn't it. And this 'should' solves it.

Do not use this post as information for making any important decisions. The only agreements I ever make are informal and non-binding. Take the same precautions as when dealing with a compromised account, scammer, sockpuppet, etc.

so median is not average . will the median be displayed?

Offline bytemaster

so bytemaster the shorts are ignored till what point exact? maybe something like a line or information could be displayed

A GUI update is about to be pushed to clarify this.  They are ignored until the median price feed is above their price.

ok, if this the case, this should be fixed as well. it is not possible to see that.

I agree.  We have already talked about this particular issue.

without short the minimum ask is right now

0.0303

tha actual bid price is also 0.303

no matching for 5 minutes

That is due to rounding error. If the bid is increased by 0.0001 BTSX/USD it will go through.

[edit] actually by 0.00000003 will be enough in this case

The required depth is 10 mil BTSX (0.5% of total BTSX supplely) since  0.4.9, I think...

it's not right. a trade occured just now!

you're right, i'll correct it! there's less than 20 million btsx on each side (that used to be the min. depth)

maybe you can explain it a little bit what changes now encoded, because i just can place bids and short. nothing will happen. i can match the bid or ask side nothing happens. looks broke in my eyes.

trading is still paused due to insufficient market depth

then just found a bug, because no message in the top. in the past everytime it would show the message.

I can explaine what I have learned through trail and error but it will definitely not be the same.

looks to me the new implemeted rules killed every trading. compared with the volume before it is a joke in the bitUSD market.

i am a supporter to let it go and watch. why restrict something 3 days old? it is only natural that it have to be balanced out and it will happen with time and trading.
