There are a lot of possible ways. Maybe a pool had control for long enough to do one.

I've visited this page a few times and this is the first time I've seen something listed here.

The date of the transaction is 2014-09-12 20:50:06. If that's UTC time, then that's approx 4 hours ago.

So how does this work? I was under the impression the only double-spends were during the v.8 fork.
