Fair being a best-effort basis to honor promises and standards related to dilution, distribution of new shares and the like.

In full disclosure, I have a financial interest in BTSX, AGS, and stakes in DNS and VOTE snapshots from PTS & AGS. I divested from PTS (pre-music DAC) due to the move away from maintenance of the PTS project.

Specifically, I will continue to support a fair and honest distribution (pre-fork) even if the fork allows for a hostile takeover.

Your first test:
What is your opinion on current issues?
What would you suggest?

NB: This is tough!!!

Thank you to the voters who have moved me up to position #264.

I plan to use delegate status to ensure that shareholders get a fair distribution in any diluting events.
Define fair ?

SV s&p 500 company, talked with several exchanges/providers, went with one in 2013.

I left to focus on general development for crypto projects and am now focusing nearly full-time on Bitshares.
Still don't get it but welcome!
Have you been involved in other crypto (2.0) projects before?

Welcome to the forum!

Quick, semi-related question. Are you currently busy at capacity? If not will you be interested in this development project: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=9651.msg125791#msg125791

I have been following openbazaar since Dark Market and am currently running a test node. Thanks for connecting me with this thread. I also thought multisig wasn't yet in place, I'll continue to research.

I saw a post by BM that the multisig is ready. https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=9651.msg125453#msg125453

Lack of arbitrage is the problem, isn't it. And this 'should' solves it.

I will bump it a bit by asking what "integration [...] to bitcoin" means? :)

In our case, it was forming partnerships with exchanges and enabling products to understand alternate currency types and transaction logic. After a lot of "educational seminars" and answering 1000s of questions from the legal department.

I am "full-stack" :-)
I don't fully understand yet. A S&P500 company was forming partnerships with Bitcoin exchanges like BitStamp? :)
No need to explain any further if you not want to reveal too much which is entirely legitimate.

tl;dr: wallet_approve_delegate delegate.pollux

Hello!

I've decided to perform as a delegate. I have acquired a stake of 0.05% of BTSX primarily through AGS donations and have staked them to my delegate, which has been running since v0.4.17 was released.

I commit to keep my delegate pay rate below the average, beginning with 80%. These funds will be used to pay for bandwidth and to make price feeds available quickly and with high quality. Profits will be retained as BTSX and will be used to fund related development projects published under GPL or MIT licenses where appropriate.

My overall goal is to help encourage stability and further development of the bitshares ecosystem, first through BitsharesX.

My background:

I'm an independent software developer, currently based on the east coast of the United States. My background is in security, payments and data. Before departing Silicon Valley, I led the first integration of a S&P 500 listed company to bitcoin (in 2013, after an 18-month long investigation beginning in 2011).

To approve my delegate, please use the following console command: wallet_approve_delegate delegate.pollux

Any issues or concerns can be posted here, I'll make an effort to respond promptly.
