Number of Accounts per Day
« on: October 31, 2014, 06:14:39 AM »

Notice the trend...

My prediction:  If within 2 weeks of the time when the marketing push is supposed to begin, Pitchforks will be sharpened.

Look on the bright side... After Nov.5, the blockchain employs who it wants. So let's sharpen our pitchforks and vote in delegates who will actually grow the market cap.

Remember, remember, the 5th of November. 8)

Won't be live until after the Nov.5 hardfork. If I register the degate name now it won't qualify for capital infusion. However, the delegate I'll be using is up and running (thank you Riverhead, Xeroc and everyone else who offered help). It's on a great server located in Singapore (blockchain friendly country), has price feeds set up and security has been optimized. So I'm pretty much all set!

I don't know about anyone else but when I hear or read the term, "marketing push" I think about pushing something to people that they don't want or need. I think that using the term "marketing push" has a negative connotation. Maybe its just me and I'm not a marketing guy so I really don't even know.  :P

The "push" is an effort to seed the world with attractive, search engine optimized "bait" that invites people into a correctly selected "funnel" which is nothing but a series of small learning exercises, each with an easy to do call to action, that leads to the next exercise and next action until they become a fully-aware, passionate member of our community, all signed up with BitUSD in their wallets, and a new mission in life:  to virally spread their new-found passion to others.

Once our funnels are fully ready, the "push" is our effort to produce that attractive content (videos, news releases, shameless publicity stunts) that leads to the appropriate first learning experiences.

Thank you! Image helps with visualization too.

I think one of those "shameless publicity stunts" can be something like having a giant Bitshares logo, inflatable balloon appear at times square or something. Alternatively, I can just run across the Football field during this upcoming superbowel with a BTS logo flag.

I'd agree with you if "push" were being used as a verb (as in "let's push this on them"). But "push" as a noun speaks much more to a campaign, and to the incredibly hard work that goes into it ("the upcoming marketing push"). I think it's very appropriate here.

I have the physique of the basketball players in the video. I think I qualify lol.
I don't want to get tackled by the linemen though if I were to do it.
