Best POW Coin Candidates for Switch to DPOS?

devcoin is interesting.. they have a share list from a receiver file that pays people per round.. these can be stored on delegates instead of random places on the internet.. this is possible I think and thent he voting mechanism would help to allocate funds for work based on consensus. Actually its a structured payment mechanism which is voted in and controlled by delegates.. could be interesting!!
