0.4.24 Two minor glitches - insufficient relay fee and a stacktrace alert

This is known issue and will be fixed in next release. It doesn't affect any functionality.

I just upgrade from 0.4.22 to 0.4.24.

For fun I tried to sell 1 bitUSD and saw an error "insufficient relay fee".. which looks the same as others had a while back, described in another thread: Help: insufficient relay fee. On restarting BitShares that disappeared and it appears to have gone through.


Then there was an alert suggesting some form of stacktrace error.


I wonder that alert could speak plain English, if it is going to alert the user.
