need more functions for asset manage

change description is not very important for us,
but change the owner is very important.
I think for some business security reason, we have to change the asset owner.

Having a multisig as issuer is a good idea ..

having the ability to change the description might not be a good idea .. opens up doors for scammers ..

but it is not requires .. you can set the public field of the issuer ... much like the version field .. and those can be changed easily

we want to make a business based asset, but we got some problem,  can we add more asset management function?
like:
1. change the asset owner. edit the description.
2. multi signature on issuing or even maintaining asset. (maybe more than 3 keys) , so it would fit a multi-person business.
