from https://github.com/BitShares/BitShares-JS/commits/master
it seems that jcalfee is working full-time on this ..
and from https://github.com/BitShares/BitShares-JS/blob/master/package.json#L19
it seems he is already working on a web_wallet
I'm working more than full time until I can get this in the hands of other people.

You are correct, that is what I am using to get the web wallet ported to the web.  I'm working more than full time until I can get this in the hands of other people.

i think web wallet is more important for average people than the client wallet.

Agreed. It's even more important than light-weight wallet, IMHO.

Javascript library heavily under development ... take a look at the commits there

This is fantastic work - I plan to contribute to it when metaexchange moves into that phase of development.
My opinions do not represent those of metaexchange unless explicitly stated.

bitsapphire said they planned to release a DAC web wallet as well. Glad to see parallel efforts on both the web and mobile wallet fronts.

just talked to people , it seems that bitsapphire is preoccupied with Peertracks so it's not likely to give us a web wallet in short time .

yunbi is proposing to do that .

That's amazing! Yunbi seems to be very progressive market leader in Bitshares.

I think Blockchain.info is the most popular crypto site in the world and coinbase.com is 3/4th

Millions of wallets between them, clearly the vast majority of people prefer to use web wallets.

slowly progressing , because we have other projects on going .
And we actually shared a lot of the views in the book and educated accordingly in the past year , so the book itself  would be a good read , but not the priority .
