I've just deleted cache /appdata so its re-syncing now..
have you somewhere a json backup from your wallet? (just in case)
Don't panic, many of us had similar experiences but at the end we all managed to see our balances again....
if after the resync you don't see your balance try this on console command line:
wallet_regenerate_keys <account_name> 10500
<account_name> = your account name with the "lost" funds
and wait for a couple of minutes the process to finish
PS ...and don't empty your "trash" please on your windows system in case we need to recover things....
