Si eso si llevas razon, aparte no se puede clonar facil para otras delegaciones, era para salir del paso  :D queda vistoso y es facil y rapido de hacer. De todas formas si tu sabes de esto podiamos hacer una plantilla con la idea de poder clonarla. Tengo bastante escrito ya, le falta el retoque final claro. pero casi es copiar y pegar, tambien esperar a ver la version final y las nuevas assets y eso. Pero si tienes tiempo seria de  lujo la plantilla, luego que se pueda poner en el hosting, modificar el lenguaje y a funcionar.

Estoy hablando con gente en peru, venezuela y chile, pero parece que la cosa se corta con los temas legales parece que le da miedo hacer de traders ... no saber como declararlo justificarlo... Aqui en España por el momento hay un vacio legal ... pero por alli se complican las cosas parece ser, de todas formas ya estan empezando a emerger exchanges BTC, espero que facilite - agilice las cosas.

No te recomiendo usar Wix... (Rendimiento, calidad, etc).

what text editor shoul use to these formats ? .vtt file, saved it as UTF-8

Windows Notepad,  Linux gedit, any raw text editor works great.
A *.vtt file is only raw text. UTF-8 is best.

Otherwise, please just send it to me in a plain-text email and I'll see if I can clean it up.

No pasa nada hombre hay tiempo de sobra !! Estoy pensando en hacer web seria con video tutoriales y tal con fines didacticos, pero tambien con fines comerciales para suplir la falta de ATMs con vendedores humanos, el blog servira como feed de noticias, y asi podra haber vendedores de bts en los paises hispano hablantes para gente que no tenga cuenta bancaria o no hable ingles o no se fie de las exchanges a cambio de una comision.
que te parece la idea?

Lo que te propondría primero es una web un poco más amigable visualmente, principalmente con respecto a la tipografía y demás.
