Hi guys,

I wanted to let you guys know that https://metaexchange.info is ready to help trusted community members with their crowdfunding efforts! We can offer to put your UIA up as an asset on the metaexchange network, to greatly simplify the process of accepting BTC as payment.

What's more, because of the unique design of metaexchange, you don't need to hand over the ownership of your UIA to us (so we can issue it), instead we can simply give you a metaexchange node to run on your own server! What this means is:

* Zero counterparty risk for you
* Accept BTC payment for your asset with ease
* Keep full ownership of your UIA, so you can still offer it on the internal bitshares exchange as well
* Have the option of making a profit from asset trading (if you enable buying back the asset)

Shoot me a PM if you'd like to discuss this in more detail!

Cheers, Paul.

Questions:

1. Is the fee 0.3% right? Is it negotiable?

2. Can UIA owner determine the spreads, or buying/selling prices?

If you want to do a "fundraiser" we will charge a startup fee. But we didn*t thought about it yet. At the moment we have to set it up manually, so it needs a little bit more time. But if i understand your question correct you are talking about someone wants to transfer from Bitcoin into your UIA! So we would charge 0.3% but not from you so in reality not 2 sides are charged but just the customer.

It is UIA you can do everything you want. In reality you want to set anyway the prices in a way, that people want to buy or sell, but right - it is your choice!
