The DAC launch checklist
« on: June 06, 2015, 09:54:50 AM »

Is there another checklist "step 1 do this, step 2 do that" available besides this thing?
https://github.com/BitShares/bitshares/wiki/DAC-Launch-Checklist

That one is for coders (sort of), but I can't find an actual checklist that the general public could follow.
Please and thanx for any direction on this... :)

That the general public could follow to what end?

Building a separate DAC on its own chain really does require coding if you want it to be uniquely useful.  Are you looking for instructions on using UIAs and other BitShares features for businesses?

Well, more like:
1. Copy this zip, extract it, run DACbuild.exe (example) and follow the instructions in the wizard.
2. Setup workers, setup delegates, setup witnesses
3. Create a smartcontract (for vendors, subcontractors, etc)
4. Fill in your company info (pub and private)
5. Create a UIA, and why..

(what was) Corona.info is doing this with Dapps, but I don't see anyone doing a checklist/wizard system like this for DAC's.

I'd wait for more scripting options or more powerful UIAs.  I don't think the current feature set enables this for non-coders.  Ideally you should not need your own chain and set of witnesses to do this, as it will be much more efficient if you eliminate that overhead by doing it all on the BitShares chain.

It could be rather interesting to start a company with UIA stock that issues new shares for all expenses/salaries by shareholder vote and automatically buys and burns shares with all revenue.
