i too build mmc mac latest 0.8.852 version
exclude hashlookup.txt for crashes on mac
building all platform macs ppc and x86 included

i tested 10.8 x64 mac

For the next version, I think we should have 2 options for the mining:
Full power (100% CPU) and Mid power (50% CPU)
Or even better - A slider to select Computer Performance vs. Profit.
It's still easily set by the "simple" user but gives him more control.
This way we might gain many users that can use the miners all day long while working on their home / work computers.

Some issues here to.

Tried to install, installed everything except for the wallet itself. (pool miner and such were there.) 
Opened installer again and repaired, everything works fine now.

I had to start the installer three times

1st: strange, no idea what happened, it tried to install, quit, and opened the explorer with SYSWOW folder
2nd: now it gave me an option to remove the old installation
3rd: installed successfully

The program was not installed until I deleted the old version.
