Abolish the transaction fee of smart coin and open market operation

I propose to abolish the transaction fee ( 0.1% of smart coin such as bitCNY ) and  abolish  open market operation .  These fees and operations are seems
have no beneficial to the market. These are not good for all traders. I propose to abolish these fees and operations.
