PTS discussion
« on: July 09, 2014, 08:10:54 AM »

So , I recently bought some PTS.
What should I do best with them?
I do not quite yet understand the snapshot thing etc.
I would like to have some shares in future DAC but where can I find/follow them?

Thank you for your advises.

Why have you invested in the first place when you don't know what to do with them?
Intelligent investments usually start by investigating!!

The main thing to remember is that you need to keep your PTS wallet.  There is a backup wallet function.  I would suggest using it after you make your donation and back up the wallet to a USB stick.
I speak for myself and only myself.

Hi

I read about them and it sounded interesting. That is why I invested.
However, I now might need some support/advise  on the technical side of readdressing/storing/donating them for AGS.

Best regards

You just send as much as you want to the AngelAddress and make secure backup of you wallet (wallet.dat file)
That's it ..

once the bitShares chains are out you will be able to import that particular file!

We are currently testing in the 8th testnet .. market functionalities are under test .. some smaller bugs arise here and there .. nothing too difficult to solve ..
My guess is that the release will be in the next days .. maybe a few weeks ..

Do your research but remember that AGS donations will end in less than 10 days ..

Yes I noticed the deadline but I have not yet figured out what proportion of my holding I should donate for getting the AGS.
For a newbie who just came aboard, it is very complicated and technical.
