DACs vs. Firms vs. Proponents
« on: July 17, 2014, 07:22:54 am »
After laying out their ideas.... are DAC/Firm proponents of little or no value?

Example: Truthcoin.
Can the original creator contribute  SIGNIFICANTLY more value to her DAC/Firm?

Imho, - No, he can not.

Let me hear from you why he is still valuable.

Lack of arbitrage is the problem, isn't it. And this 'should' solves it.

Need to define proponent.  Is this person the entrepreneur, investor or developer?
