There are more blocks per time. PTS blocks were every 10 minutes, BTSX blocks are every 10 seconds. So they are more and they are smaller.

yes, that explains it. just seems like its taking the same amount of time to download all the blocks.

edit: just realized ive been uploading to dropbox. turned that off and it sped up significantly

Why the block NO. 56240 of my client is unconsistency with yours?

58154 BTSX blocks to be downloaded- it's been around for... a week?

my PTS client says the PTS blockchain is 67493 blocks... it's been live for months.

are BTSX block much much smaller?
