For some reason, the application is considering the account as registered, but it is not !

Thanks.
But when I want to register, it says that my name is already registered which I can understand as I used a common name.

But when I want to rename... it says that I cannot rename a registered account !! What ?

What should I do ? I am blocked !

Maybe the new name has been taken too,try another ...

No, I tried everything:
