I kinda like Justcoin. They support BTC, XRP and STR (Stellar), NOK and EUR. I have used it in the past and thy seemed always very helpful. They might be interested in Bitshares.

Kraken, BTC-E, Bitstamp are of course game changing!

I second this. Justcoin seems pretty nice
