I just updated to v 0.45 8 connections here

Upgrade went smooth other then setup did not close own its own after it had completed, had to end process but client seems fine.

Yes it has been doing that for me ever since the first version (0.2.0???)
Lack of arbitrage is the problem, isn't it. And this 'should' solves it.
