Did you save a backup of your wallet... which private key did you import?  Did you import it to a "new account"?   How did you export your private key?

Which private key did you import?  A PTS/BTC private key?   How did you backup your private key?

If you made a transaction after importing from PTS/BTC and then lost your wallet, then re-importing from PTS / BTC will not help.

If you forgot your password then importing your wallet isn't going to work because you'll still need the password.

If you imported a wallet from another software for your credited btsx, then I don't know how that would work, but I can set how you would have a zero balance.

If you need help I think you need explain in DETAIL what happened. Did you import a backup you made from The BitShares X wallet, or was it a wallet key from another BitShares program?

i used to have 30000BTSX on   BTSX4yvAV87aSSVBChVs2KXkuEoqikamACT6zZpPmrmHUj6hmvLJCH ,

and i have already dumped the BTSX Private key ( wallet_dump_private_key BTSX4yvAV87aSSVBChVs2KXkuEoqikamACT6zZpPmrmHUj6hmvLJCH ).

few days later i forgot my wallet password, so i delete the wallet ,  and then import the BTSX Private key.

and then the BTSX address come back!!!!!!  but the balance turn to 0 .....

There are no transactions!

Where did you get the btsx in the first place? Have they been SENT to your accout name? Or did you import PTD/AGS private keys?

 import PTS/AGS private keys

Did you re-import your PTS/AGS keys?
Did you transfer your 30K BTSX after your original import?
