Bitshares is an ecosystem .. it does not need a developer ..
The bitshares_toolkit is coded mainly by the devs of I3 (invictus innovations, headed by Bytemaster (Dan))
The BitsharesX is based on the bitshares_toolkit and is released and maintained by dacsunlimited in hongkong.
