Nope. Seller has neither logged in nor paid up since the 24th. Unless some magic happens and they suddenly reappear it's a scam.

Update it's been 2 days, at this point I'm pretty sure he's a scammer. Here's all the transaction info. If you are sent info that can be linked to any of the below then you've got a problem unless he suddenly comes back.

Currently in a (non-escrow) transaction with seller, will alert when done. It's been a few days since we started talking. Insofar very nice person, and I have confirmed that his wallet has well over 1k PTS. Have sent half of BTC, waiting to receive PTS before sending second half. Insofar I'd be willing to recommend though.
