thnaks, is it understandble there? (Im just not next to a pc wuth bithsares client on now) In  a sence that 1 - xxxxx - does this 2 - xxxx - does that. etc

If you are on linux CLI you can hit tab to do a command line completion and it gives an easier to read list.

There is also this, but I think they change these commands fairly often.  So the above method is always going to be the most accurate but below might be more friendly for you ?  (and not completed)
