Bter isn't letting people trade PTS anyway.

Sure, if you have to pay out more DNS and VOTE than you got from the snapshot, like them, you will disable the trading too...

did they mess up on dns/vote snapshot? How you know? I missed that.

They promised  DNS and VOTE  to all holders at the end of the day (23:59, 8/21 I think) Chinese time, whatever UTC time that is.
And they had to give  DNS and VOTE  also to those at the real time of the snapshot...so they had to honor 2 snapshots and pay out off pocket the difference between the 2. Not I huge number in my estimate, but still...

Actually exchanges often let people trade IOU before the things are live. So wallet is not always best.

Wallet is always best when there is a risk of exchanges being hacked thats why we prefer a decentralized market

What's your prediction?
Based on PTS price change, my prediction is 1200014000 BTC market cap, but I think it's quite low compared to the potential of music DAC. And this also means, at least 24002800 BTC should be collected in presale (because presale consists of 20%).
