To celebrate I have created two new prediction markets
SPORTS.NFLAFC will track the AFC Championship game.  Short and sell if you believe that Patriots will win.  Buy and hold if you think the Broncos will win.
SPORTS.NFLNFC will track the NFC Championship game.  Short and sell if you believe the Cardinals will win.  Buy and hold if you think Think the Panthers will win.

The asset I share with you today will be worth exactly 1 bts if whatever AFC team makes it to the superbowl wins the superbowl.  It will be worth exactly 0 bts if any other result happens.  Since the future is uncertain its current value is somewhere in between.  You may sell it now for whatever you can get for it, or wait and see if you are lucky. 

At this point you are unable to borrow more of this asset into existence in the GUI, and must the CLI.  I am hoping this is resolved soon.

I have created a second prediction market.  This tracks the winner of SuperBowl 50.  http://cryptofresh.com/a/SPORTS.SBLAFC If the AFC wins SuperBowl 50 then this asset will be worth 1BTS if the NFC wins SuperBowl 50 then this asset will be worth 0BTS.  Short and buy accordingly.

I have created the prediction market REPGENSIXTEEN.  every REPGENSIXTEEN will be settled for either 1bts if the Republicans win United States general election in 2016, or 0 bts if any other result happens. 

There is limited support in the GUI.  You can buy REPGENSIXTEEN like any other smartcoin.  Shorting is currently prevented by the GUI because there are no feeds.  If you would like to short you will have to do this in the CLI wallet.

Collateral must be 1 for 1.  If you want to borrow 1000 REPGENSIXTEEN you will need to put up 1000 bts.  This is a smartcoin and is collateralized by the blockchain.  This is not an IOU.
