On the wallet I press register but it says "in order to register please fund your account"
On the exchange I press withdrawal and it says account not registered...

Please help

Go to advanced tab on your account and post your public key (BTSX.......) here and you can get some seed funds to register your account.

before sending him funds you must "+Add Contact" and type a contact name for his address and don't try to sent straighjt to the public address you have...
Send only to account names and if you have an address like now link the address to names you choose using "+Add Contact" option... ;)

This is really the exchange not serving their customers. That said free registration for everyone with an email account will be made available soon.

I tried to send enough to register my account from the demo website but it wouldn't send and there was some rpc error briefly on the bottom of the page.

I am currently reviewing the Bitsharesx wallet for my little crypto club, and oddly, I cant fund the account as I have to register it first? Which needs funds?

I love that it bypasses some of the dangers of the NXT user interface, but can someone send me enough to get it registered? I feel a little silly... but I cant find any possible way to get it funded. Here is the account key for one of the accounts I made. Thanks in advance for any help. :)

Oh, I found an easy way to do it. Just use Poloniex, there is an option in the balance section. Paste in the account key and desired user name, and just have some bought BTSX for it.

I tried it at BTER first and didn't see it. So all good, thanks anyway!
