Title: New smart assets were added - GOOGL (Shares of Nasdaq&NYSE at Bitshares)

Friends,
Trade in the smart asset AMAZONCOM
1 AMAZONCOM - AMAZON.COM, INC by NASDAQ (AMZN) AMAZONCOM is a derivative for the AMAZON.COM, INC share. Feeds are assigned from the Nasdaq exchange.
Feeds on the BTS are published from the Poloniex.com exchange.
BTS quotes from the Bitshares exchange will soon be added, to obtain an average market quotation for all exchanges

Sometimes there may be differences in the price of the AMAZONCOM smart asset in dollars between the Nasdaq exchange and the Bitshares exchange, due to the difference in the BTS price on the Bitshares exchange and the Poloniex exchange.

If you want to publish Feeds for a smart asset AMAZONCOM, please indicate here your name Bitshares, and you will be added to the white list for publication of Feeds

BTS Feeds from the Bitshares exchange will soon be added and we will get the average market price. It seems to us that this is the best option at the moment

The volume of trading in dollars is too low. Unpromising currency pair. Probably in the future will be added a smart asset with a pledge in dollars instead of BTS

While I find @nasdaq's initiative applaudable, I'd still like to point out that these assets are by no means trustless. They still belong to their original issuer, and they still have many permissions set that would allow the issuer to rip off holders of these assets.

In that light I expect witnesses and committee members to be extra careful and take appropriate measures before supporting them.

The account NASDAQ-FB began to publish Feeds for smart assets of derivatives for the shares of Nasdaq:
AMAZONCOM, FACEBOOKCOM, APPLECOM, BAIDUCOM, EBAYCOM, NETFLIXCOM, STARBUCKSCOM, CISCOCOM, MICROSOFTCOM, TESLACOM

The account NASDAQ-FB uses stock quotes - the Nasdak exchange, the quotes of the BTS/USD - the Bitshares exchange.

Account NASDAQ-BTS, which also publishes Feeds, uses stock quotes - the Nasdak exchange,  the quotes of the BTS/USD - the Binance exchange.

Due to the difference in BTS prices on two different exchanges, there is a difference in the published Feeds for smart assets from two accounts

The same applies to most of the committee owned/controlled smartcoins - the committee should set the standard & begin removing (entirely disabling) some of the more concerning flags/permissions.

I am not sure if these coins will be successful.
I am a Chinese. And I know in BTS. No Chinese will trade these coins using bitCNY.
MagicWallet and bitcrab are considering more BTS trading pairs, less bitCNY pairs because bitCNY using will cause price breakdown risks very often.
bitCNY will only for BTS internal for more advanced players.

And I advice you to create one prefix for your stock coins.
like GDEX.BTC, OPEN.EOS. Yours can using NASDQ.AMAZON etc..
And you should need more partners supportings from GDEX/bitcrab, witness.still (Asia board members' supporting)  as endorsement. If you cannot find trusted endorsement. Then no one will come to play it.

And any way to make usd the main market for the shares? It's kinda strange to buy shares with bts. That's why we got usd and other Fiat :)

This is a smart asset. You can create them, like any other smart asset, while giving BTS collateral

I have seen these on DEX and think it is a great project.  It is great to see a financial institution mixed in (maybe AliBaba has a financial arm but I did not research that).  How can we support this project?  How do you calculate price feeds?

At this stage of development, the project lacks only the diversification in the publication of feeds. Feeds publish only two accounts. Ideally, if the witnesses start publishing quotes.
(If you want to publish feeds for smart assets - Nasdaq and NYSE shares, please specify the name of the account and you will be added to the white list for feeds.)

Also, you can take part in the launch of a new derivative for the share
The cost of starting a single derivative is about 3500BTS
This includes:
Creating a Smart Asset
Dispatch smartasset 100 000 accounts of 0.00001 coins
Publication  of Feeds
Liquidity support (at present, liquidity in derivatives is temporarily not supported due to technical difficulties)
If you donate 3500 BTS, the derivative will be launched for the share that you select.
If the amount of the donation is less then the next will be the derivative for Deutsche Bank shares

If you want to support the launch of the derivative for shares - transfer BTS to "derivatives-dex" account

First of all - I think this is a great project that is not getting nearly the attention it deserves.

I would love to help arrange more price feeds for greater stability of these coins.

Is this how you've done all the other tokens you listed (with donations)?  I have associates very interested in working with you in a business capacity on this project.

All smart assets derivatives for shares are launched without using donations from the community. Donations are just an extra possibility. Since there are several thousand shares in the stock market, derivatives will not be launched for all shares.

I have updated (https://github.com/Zapata/bitshares-pricefeed) xeroc's bitshares-pricefeed to be able to publish your assets (see this issue (https://github.com/xeroc/bitshares-pricefeed/issues/54)).

It currently support IEX, AlphaVantage, RobinHood and Google Finance as stock price sources.

When I try to publish using IEX for Stock/USD price and Bitshares DEX current feed for USD/BTS, I have a spread with your prices (see column blockchain):

I have the price of the stock in dollars and multiply it by the exchange rate bts/usd.
I take the course of bts from the purse of the bitshares. Those. from a usd / bts pair on the bitshares exchange.

Any idea why there is such a spread? As JohnR asked, could you give us some insights on your pricing mechanism?

I can setup a price feed if you white-list zapata42-witness.

The code is under MIT license so any one can use it to setup their feed, I hope this will help decentralization.

I have the price of the stock in dollars and multiply it by the exchange rate bts/usd.
I take the course of bts from the purse of the bitshares. Those. from a usd / bts pair on the bitshares exchange.


I have started the publication for AMAZONCOM.

Sorry for the delay I found another issue (https://github.com/xeroc/bitshares-pricefeed/issues/57) in bitshares-pricefeed.

I think the spread is due to the different USD:BTS price we use.
I use the current bitUSD DEX feed (= bitUSD settlement price), you seems to use the DEX BTS/bitUSD orderbook. Currently there is a big spread between the two.
I feel like the bitUSD current feed it's more appropriate.
Your opinion is welcome.

These blackswan very similar on artificial created, last for grabbing debt.
Your transfers from derivatives-dex to oliverstone7 look suspicious especially after account nasdaq-bts give feedprice x9 from real price.

unfortunately, practice showed that when smart assets are managed by one or two accounts, and quotes also gives one account - this leads to manipulation with both Feeds and with the asset itself. This was done with the smart assets of FACEBOOKCOM and APPLECOM

In order to get fully reliable smart assets - we create our own committee of seven accounts (in the future it is desirable to expand it to 15 accounts), which will independently publish quotations and confirm any change in the smart asset using a multi-signature account

Become a member of the committee Smart Assets Derivatives for Nasdaq shares.
We create the comet as a committee that controls the bit of Asset, bitUSD, bitCNY ..., which will manage smart  Assets for Nasdaq shares, as well as the account, issuer of the derivative.
 The account will be assigned multi-signatures, so that any action with smart assets will require the approval of the committee.
As a reward, the members of the committee will be divided by the profit from the volume of trades in Derivatives for the shares of Nasdaq.
