BM is one of those leaders who think creatively and innovatively and is more than pleased to share his thoughts with the community as soon as possible, but many of his proposals were presented to the community outright in the interest of time without going through cross-the-board discussions within the company, thus making the evaluation of impacts impossible with no previous knowledge of the proposals at all. As a result, most of the instructions and explanations seemed behind the time. Indisputably, however, each and every proposal just stands for BM's long-deliberated ideas or motions rather than mandates, and would have to go through the discussion of the community and was subject to the group decision to see whether they should be passed or ruled out, and many of the significant decisions made by the community which were brought to the whole picture by BM, are still sound and sensible today. Notably, every community member has the same right as BM to put forward a proposal for open discussion and decision.
An important fact that is often neglected is that because of the features of BTSX itself, no one in the community (including BM himself) has an absolute say in which proposal or solution to be passed against the will of the community. Any suggestion about the modification to the systematic structure has to gain the majority’s votes to be valid, and representatives to execute those modifications require BTSX holders to authorize the right by voting. Hence, members of the community need not to worry about the pass of an amendment that might cause harm to the community as long as the majority hold on to Nay.
Furthermore, Mr. Bo Shen has done huge amount of ground work in the Chinese community. As much as he helped many translation projects, he has never employed or organized a 30-member translation team as it was suggested. The costs of the so-called translation team are clearly not listed in the open account that has been accessible to anyone in the community since the very beginning. As a matter of fact, in order to maximize results, even sponsorship for the past translation projects is performance-based in order to serve the function of an encouragement and reward. Currently, promotion and communication is still done by our devoted BTSX community voluntarily, and as explained, many of BM’s tentative ideas for the development were not the company’s group decision, nor did he consult Mr. Shen in private, which ideas were simply expressed by BM as a member of the developers and the community. The situation and the spontaneity of BM as an active developer have been known to veteran members of the community but might still come as novel information to some. We would hope that mutual understanding in the community can win over the intuitive response to find someone to blame.
In consideration of the language barrier that has been causing misunderstandings and unnecessary suspicion, under the suggestions of the community, three well-respected and seasoned representatives (麦克猫 Michaelcat，浮壹白 metalallen，深山野猪WildPig) will form a committee to communicate with BM and other representatives from 3I, convey the suggestions from the Chinese community and present authorized response from 3I. They are teaming up today as a committee to represent the Chinese community and any information will only be published after the translation and review of no less than two members of the committee in order to cope with the existing communication barrier. Also, members of the Chinese community can also seek their assistance to express their opinions officially.
Once again，any modification to the systematic structure can only be done when the votes of the majority of BTSX holders are gathered, which makes it important for everyone to be able to present their opinions sufficiently. We seek to fully extend what has always been seen demonstrated in the Chinese community’s active and peaceful participation, and the expression of reasonable and sensible opinions. We believe that ultimately, fully expressed opinions and the vote in everyone’s hand can make better results for BTSX.

1、BM是一个思维活跃的领导者，非常愿意在第一时间和社区的每个人分享他的各种想法。但是为了时间上能够尽快，他的许多提案被直接提交给社区讨论，而没有首先和公司内的其他成员进行沟通。因此，他们在对提案事先不知晓的情况下就无法对所产生的影响进行评估，故而在许多时候可能不能及时向社区进行说明和解释。但无可置疑的是，每个提案均仅代表了BM经过深思熟虑后的想法和动议，而不是他的命令，故均必须经过社区讨论以决定是否通过或否决；而许多被社区采纳的BM决定，在今天看来依然是正确且明智的。
2、一个经常被忽视的事实是：由于BTSX本身的特性注定，社区内的任何个人（包括BM自己）提案和解决方案都不可能凌驾于整个社区之上并强行通过，任何对于系统构架的修改必须通过大多数代表通过并执行才能够生效，而这些代表必须由BTSX的持有者进行投票才能够执行其权利，因此社区成员完全不必担心会损害社区大多数人利益的修改方案能够通过并执行。
3、沈波先生为中文社区做了大量基础工作。他资助了社区中包括翻译在内的许多项目，但他从未像曾被建议的那样雇佣或组织过30人的翻译团队。 目前所谓的翻译团队的支出显然自始都从未列入到社区每个人都可查阅的3I开支账目中。事实上为了促进效果的最大化，甚至对过去的翻译项目都是按绩效进行给予赞助的，以达到鼓励和奖励的目的。目前BTSX中文社区的推广和沟通主要还是依靠志愿者来完成，而且就如上文所解释的，BM的许多临时性开发想法均不是公司的集体决策，也没有和沈波先生私下沟通过，而BM仅作为开发团队以及社区的一个成员而表达他的想法。任何社区内的老成员应该都会对BM随时与大家分享想法的行为比较了解，但这种情况对某些成员而言可能比较新奇。因此，我们希望社区内大家能够互相理解，而不是直觉地反应要去责怪谁。
4、考虑到国内中文社区和英文社区经常由于语言的障碍导致许多误会的产生以及不必要的猜忌，因此在大家的提议下，选出了三个优秀的代表（麦克猫，浮壹白，深山野猪）和BM以及3I的其他人员进行及时的沟通，向他们及时传达中文社区的意见，同时以官方授权的方式来传达3I官方的正式答复。今天他们三人将会代表中国社区成立一个小组，任何信息必须经过其中2位的翻译和审核才会正式发表，以解决中间语言沟通障碍。中文社区内的成员想向3I官方表达自己的意见也可以委托这三位成员进行转述。
需要再次指出的是，任何对系统构架的修改都需要大多数BTSX持有者投票才能够通过，因此社区中每个人充分表达意见都是非常重要，我们非常希望能够让中文社区的每个成员和平理性地表达自己的看法，在这一点上，中文社区一直表现的非常优秀，我们相信在区一如既往在每个人充分表达自己的看法和投票自己的选择后，能够让BTSX变得更加完善。
