BitShares PTS / using addnote command but still 0 active connection.(from china)

the following commands is effective a few days ago.
But they dont work today.
help me!

BitShares PTS / Help! my wallet can't connet to the pts network. (pts-qt 0.2.0)

I'm in China.I downloaded the 0.2.0 wallet a week ago and it slowly upgraded the chainblock.(compared with the litecoin one), but it's O.K. to me.
But these two days, only 1 or 0 connection available to the pts network(appear on the button right of the wallet UI)
and it informs me I'm 3 days outdate ,and "no block source available..."
Does that mean I can't receive Pts by my wallet now?
