Technical Support / What happened to the Mac OS X full version of BTS2?

I downloaded 2.15.286 and was never able to get it to work. It appears now it has been removed. Is there any discussion around this?
I am still unable to connect to the new network.

Technical Support / Upgraded to 0.9.3, now unable to open wallet [SOLVED by 0.9.3c]

Upgraded to 0.9.3 on a Mac. Reindex happened. Now I try to login with PW. The GUI responds with the "status dots" in response to me entering my PW and hitting return. Then...nothing. Any ideas?

DAC PLAY / PTS wallet import

Received a successful wallet import notification in my Play wallet upon wallet.dat import. Regardless of the positive PTS balance imported, I see no Play balance. Any suggestions?

Technical Support / KeyID crashes when I import PTS keys everytime

I've gone thru this process with BitsharesX but it's not working this time...
I'm using the Import Keys from Wallet tab under a user I've created. I hit Select File button and proceed to navigate to the wallet.dat. Once I select the wallet.dat, KeyID crashes. Any suggestions?

Technical Support / Unable to update to delegate

The Pay Rate field I assume needs a number but seems to not display numbers properly.
When I click the update button after checking delegate I get the message which explains I will be paying a fee as well as the delegate fee. I click ok. Nothing happens. My delegate status goes back to unchecked.

When I try to pay for the registration I see an error below on the greyed out area...
"RPC Server Error: In method 'wallet_account_register': unauthorized child account (20039)"

Technical Support / Importing Protoshares wallet into BitSharesX on Mac

I've tried, File/Import Wallet but BitSharesX doesn't want to import the Protoshares file or wallet.dat. The Protoshares files and Open button remain greyed out.
Should I be exporting the private keys from the old wallet and importing them into BitSharesX thru, My Accounts/User name/Keys/Import Keys from Wallet?
The answer is YES. This area of the wallet was able to see the wallet.dat and import it successfully! WOOP WOOP.

BitShares PTS / Block explorer ?

I just transferred some of my Protoshares to an offline wallet. Is btsblock.com/chain/Protoshares the only way I can confirm success? It doesn't appear to be working.
