Hi,

Today I upgraded my wallet to 2.0. After successful importing of my old wallet, I could not find the balance shown in the new BTS 2.0 UI. Where I can view my remaining balance?

Is it possible to customize the data directory by specifying "--data-dir"? The C drive is too limited in space... I tried configurations like "-data" "--data-dir" etc, but no luck...

Technical Support / unable to import my old bts wallet backup

Hi,

I contribute to angel shares using PTS and BTC before BTS was launched. When BTS was available, I downloaded the client and verified my funds were there. Then I made a backup of the wallet, and I have not used the BTS client until today. Now I want to import my previous wallet back to BTS 2.0, and I found that I could not make it. I tried to import the backup in BTS 0.x, but I tried from version 0.4.8 until 0.9.3, all I got was "incorrect password" message. I am sure that I do have the password, and I thought this problem was caused by version compatibility issue. I tried 0.2.x on Windows 10, but it gave an error when starting. Now I have no way to import my old wallet, and I would like to seek for your kind help!

Hi. About 20 hours ago, my PTS wallet cannot get synced over the network. Before that, everything works fine. Anyone has the same problem? Is there any changes on the network nodes?

BitShares AGS / Donate to AGS after Feb 28???

Hi. Just raise this issue for discussion:

PTS is said to finalize the snapshot of exchanging BTS on Feb 28. At the same time, AGS, which will eventually converted to BTS, is still accepting PTS donations (200 days since Jan 1). So my question is: after Feb 28, is it still better to donate to AGS than keeping PTS?

Hi. I find that the datadir for bts wallet is located on the directory of the current terminal, not the absolute path (e.g. $BTS_HOME/datadir). This means that if I issue bts_wallet command somewhere else (e.g. I run $HOME/BitShares/bts_wallet/bts_wallet instead of cd $HOME/BitShares/bts_wallet/; ./bts_wallet   I cannot view my balance because a new datadir is created on $HOME). I think we need a absolute path for BTS wallet on the same machine.

I tried to compile keyhotee on my ubuntu 12.04. I downloaded the needed packages, cmake is passed, but when I try to "make", I have met the following errors:

I suspect the problem is caused by the Qt package. I downloaded it from http://download.qt-project.org/official_releases/qt/5.2/5.2.0/qt-linux-opensource-5.2.0-x86_64-offline.run

Anyone has successfully compiled keyhotee on ubuntu? Can you tell me what Qt5 package I should use?

BitShares PTS / 0 confirm after a three hours waiting...

Hi,

I transferred 1PTS three hours ago, but until now still 0 confirm...

The pts-qt showed there are two active connections, but I dont know why the transaction is not confirmed at all.

I tried to restart the client, same problem. And I could not view the transaction from the block explorer.

Transaction ID is d4b9de8c076664ecba6baecd7e1775beea8d3b6eee7954396a2dd73513ab1eb3

Anyone has the same problem?

Hi there,

I noticed there is 74 PTS spent on Dec 31, 2013 from the PTS donation address. Can donors also withdraw their donations?

Hi,

Earlier today there was only ~700 PTS sent to AngelShares PTS address PaNGELmZgzRQCKeEKM6ifgTqNkC4ceiAWw (link: https://coinplorer.com/PTS/Addresses/PaNGELmZgzRQCKeEKM6ifgTqNkC4ceiAWw). But just now when I checked, it boosts to >1400!!!

And there are many donors have their donations DOUBLED! e.g. the first donor who contribute 500PTS with address PpsLSKnnANVrvCcRujjgSqTyN5GHFYghcN now has 500PTS x2 with exactly the same timestamp! What had happened? Why some users have their contributions doubled, some are not? Please provide explanation and proof  to us, so that we can continue trusting angelshares.
