Did you try to copy paste your password from notepad or something? Looks like your pw is wrong
I've tried copy pasting and i've tried typing it from the keyboard and it still says "keep going " .
Don't think the password is wrong because with the same password i can easily access my 0.9.3c wallet .

I've been following the instructions from bitshares.org "migration guide " .Using the import key tool i've imported my json file and I can see the number of private keys each account has .In order to proceed further  I need to enter my passphrase and when I do it just says "keep going" no matter the length of the phrase .

Thanks for your help lads

Are you using Chrome?
Nope,safari

Hi all ,
I'm having a problem importing my keys to 2.0 web wallet . I select the json file and it seems to be working as it shows my accounts and the amount of keys each contains . But when type the passphrase it just says " keep going" .

Any help would be much appreciated .
Thanks  :)

"maybe also keep the wallets folder in ~/Library/Application Support/BitShares "

So you mean I should keep everything that is already inside ~/Library/Application Support/BitShares X

but then also create the following folder

~/Library/Application Support/BitShares

and put the wallet.dat file there?

What's the reason for that?  Thanks!
I have a question regarding this,my folder Bitshares from ~/Library/Application Support disappeared. What would be the reason?

We're closer than ever to v1, we have a web wallet, a lightwallet, better marketing team, cleaner website, other promising projects like moonstone coming along. Forget the price, the market is clearly being irrational - those who understand Bitshares and its potential are quietly accumulating. Yes my Bitshares are making a "loss" but I believe in this projects success which is why I see it as an all or nothing scenario to be in.
Yes  +5%
and hopefully the mobile wallet is on the horizon.

Sorry for a silly question ,so I'm not able to log in with the existing (registered) account into the web wallet?
Thanks  :)

This wallet does not have the private keys for your registered account. Only you have that on your local backups.
Thank you for explanation.Makes sense.
