Korean credit cards work but overseas credit cards don’t. I suggest using a virtual account. It is the easiest to use with the lowest fees.

Here is my experience of the 3. Korbit - Probably smallest one in Korea. They have pretty high transaction fees for low quantities and site is a bit slow. Bithumb - Largest in Korea. They seem to have the best rates for selling/buying bitcoin and lowest transaction fees. They have a wallet you can use as well. Currently the place I use. Coinone - I went to this site first and had a few questions but there line was always busy and email response took about 3 days. They have a live chat which I thought was pretty neat but its only in Korean.
