Technical Support / Unable to backup my wallet

I'm trying to the umpteenth time to recover my wallet. For some strange reason, my wallet password is no longer working. I get an 'invalid password' message when using the password which I save.

I also note the following message on the website:

In an effort to provide enhanced security for the web-based wallet, we are migrating it, effective immediately to the address below. Please be sure to update any bookmarks you may have.

Local wallet detected
Please backup your wallet now and restore the backup file to, which will be your new address for the web wallet. Thanks for your continued support.

When I click on the create backup now, nothing happens.

Would appreciate it if someone can help me out.

Hi. It’s quite likely that I’m another victim of this. Is there someway to get my account access back? Could we not collective approach someone to get it sorted? I use a password manager to store my details. It seemed funny to me when I first got the incorrect password message. In finding this thread, it seems there’s more than meets the eye here. And it sure doesn’t seem to be a fault on my part.
