此处的利息，最好取银行存款利率平均值。
因为，以后，还有借贷业务，那时候的利率如果比银行贷款高很多，竞争力就差了。这样才有发展空间。
系统利息=银行存款利息
私人借贷利息<银行贷款利息

赚利息由很多模型。可以借贷啥的。囤积利息不必高，否则，是对其他模型的压力。
