Recientemente tube la fortuna de que me dieran 200 tokens del podcast de Bitshares. El podcast que genero unos tokens y paga por que la gente sintonize, participe y hable. Creo que es una exceelente idea y me gustaria saber quienes estan interesados en participar, o si tienen unas ideas propias para la comunidad hispana.

Una duda es que no se como le hizo para que el token fuera tan caro, quizas tiene muchisimo dinero d ecolateral o quizas simplemente es toda la comunidad detras que pueden tener tales valores.

Hola, me gustaria saber como funciona bien el sistema de workers, witness y su relacion con el presupuesto, cuanto ganan, y cada cuando se les asignan. Me he leido por ahi el link para los workers, y aunque hablan de los diferentes tipos, no se como interactuan con el presupuesto. Es decir, cada cuando se vota, o si la votacion es constante, cual es el minimo para ser aprobado etc.

I listen to the show but the interview went a bit too long, I wanted to learn more about the openledger topics but seems the interview was dominated by CCDEK and ICOO.

As I talked later with ICOCountdown later that day, I wonder about the questions regarding the liquidity and the way tokens work and are insured. As well as the way blocktrades and metatrader exchange theses tokens, where do the reserves come from, and is there are more OPEN token exchanges that can give them backup.

i am not an OpenLedger expert but as a n00b I think these are the questions that make me wonder more about how does a decentralized exchange work, the challenges and the way to solve them.
