okex资金费用：由于没有到期交割日，永续合约需要通过“资金费用机制”来让合约价格锚定现货价格；
-标记价格：永续合约使用标记价格计算用户的未实现盈亏，有效降低市场波动时不必要的频繁爆仓；
-每12小时结算：通过每12小时结算（香港时间10:00和22:00），将未实现盈亏转为实现盈亏，提高资金使用灵活性；
内盘的mssr应该也像okex那样每天调整 不应该只爆仓惩罚

目前mssr为105 希望调成102 最好是100
mssr改成102或者100 被爆仓后 剩余的币比110和105要多不少 这对bts发展很重要
而手续费也会进一步降低 cny也会越来越稳定

首先公事基金应该有，但是不是现在这样使用。
我的建议是用公事基金的钱回购bts后锁仓销毁而不是抵押继续买入。继续买入实际上是在增发，打个比方26亿bts在bts1块的时候的市值应该是26亿，而现在bts的总量是36亿，这多出来的10亿用26亿市值支撑 价格能达到26亿就见鬼了，建议公事基金回购bts进行销毁，使总量慢慢变成26亿，而不是36亿。

之前之所以存在爆仓惩罚和强清是因为锚定不精准，但是现在解决了锚定不精准的问题
现在的爆仓惩罚和强请存在的意义等于是做期货，但也没达到平衡，
bts是一个去中心化交易所 一个钱包 一个银行，而不是bts期货交易
至于喂价应该是由市场自己调节，不用系统干预。

Bts system can only be short after the feed price reform
You can do more and short before you reform.
Now that bitcny is stable, why not make a way to do more?

没改革之前是可以做多和做空的
现在既然bitcny稳定了 为什么不做一个可以做多的方法呢
