Hi,

No Vested Balances appear when I click "Claim Balances" !!

on <1.0 I used to use "wallet_collect_vested_balances" from the console to do this.

Hi Vikram,

1) I transferred the wallet by copying the "Wallet" folder
2) When using "history" and "Balance" in console the NOTES show up correctly.

How do I get them to show up in the GUI ?

Technical Support / Wallet Funds Issue

Hi,

I have moved my wallet from one PC to another but although the BTS balance has moved correctly the NOTES balance I had in my old wallet did not appear on the new wallet.

In the transactions list on the new wallet I can see a transaction with the amount "- Infinity.00 NA " where the NOTES transaction should be.

How do I resolve the issue ?

One has Note and the other Testnote.3 next to it - what are these ?

Hi,

I stupidly got hacked and lost all my BTS and PTS.

Although I have many other coin wallets on the machine the hacker only took my BTS and PTS even thou the wallets where locked !!

Is it so easy to get at the password for BTS and PTS ?

The other coin wallets had more value than my BTS and PTS but the hacker chose those I guess because security on them is weakest !!

Am I correct ?

Hi,

I am running version 0.5.0 and can now unlock my sharedrop vesting balances.

Do I run the command once and then it will automatically claim balances due at the time or do I need to run it periodically to claim balances that have matured ? If so how often should I run it ?

On 5th November I held BitsharesX (from previous PTS snapshot), PTS and DNS.

I have updated my walllet to 0.4.24 and my Bitshares are imported automatically but what do I need to do to import my latest PTS and DNS ?
